Can anyone recommend a good cruise to Alaska.

And, do most cruises, like after it's finished, do they have packages where you can go to the inner cities of Alaska? I would like to see Fairbanks to try to catch the Northern Lights as well. Or do most cruise packages only stick to the edge of the state?

why would you want to go to alaska ?

Check out Royal Caribbean, they have some Alaska itineraries that look nice. I haven't cruised with them to Alaska but I've been on some of their Caribbean cruises and loved it. Cruise companies often do little vacation packages for a day or two after the cruise is over, your best bet is to find a good travel agent.
